Research Progress on the Regulation of Intestinal Flora on Abnormal Behavior of Maternal Separation in Offspring

摘要: 集约化养殖模式下,早期断奶成为促进草食畜牧业发展的重要措施。人类和其他动物上的研究表明,生命早期应激会导致许多负面后果,包括严重的精神障碍,例如抑郁、焦虑等精神疾病。肠道菌群通过脑-肠轴调控宿主的行为。益生菌接种对母幼分离子代行为的异常具有明显的改善作用。本文系统介绍了早期母幼分离对子代行为的影响,并就肠道菌群结构改善对子代行为的影响及其机制进行了由浅入深的总结,以期为深入认识早期断奶对幼畜行为的影响,改善早期断奶引发幼畜行为异常提供参考依据。

Abstract: Under the intensive farming mode, early weaning has become an important measure to promote the development of herbivorous animal husbandry. Studies on humans and other animals have shown that early life stress could lead to many negative consequences, including serious mental disorders, such as depression, anxiety and other mental diseases. Intestinal flora regulates host behavior through brain-gut axis. Inoculation of probiotics can improve the abnormal behavior of the offspring. This paper systematically introduces the influence of early maternal separation on behavior of offspring, and the effects of intestinal flora structure improvement on offspring’s behavior and its mechanism. In order to provide a reference basis for further understanding the impact of early weaning on the behavior of offspring and improving the abnormal behavior of offspring caused by early weaning.
