Abstract: Animal mycoplasmas contribute to some important diseases including pneumonia, mastitis, and arthritis, characterized by chronic and persistent infection, which causes serious economic losses to the breeding industry. Subunit vaccine has the advantages of safety, high efficiency, low cost, etc. It is an important direction of mycoplasma vaccine research. This paper describes the research advances in immunogenicity of related proteins of important animal mycoplasmas. It would be helpful to provide references for research of subunit vaccine of animal mycoplasmas.
