摘要: 细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)作为一种细胞交流媒介,能够通过其携带的miRNA、蛋白质等分子作用于靶细胞/靶组织,影响靶细胞/靶组织的功能和表型。最近研究表明,来自于胚胎、子宫内膜与子宫微环境等的细胞外囊泡参与了哺乳动物胚胎附植过程,通过影响子宫内膜的容受性和滋养层细胞的黏附能力,进而保证了胚胎成功附植和胎儿生长发育。本文主要阐述了细胞外囊泡的发生、生物学功能及其在哺乳动物胚胎附植过程中的作用。

Abstract: As a kind of cell communication mediator, extracellular vesicles can interact with target cells/target tissues through miRNA, protein and other molecules carried by them, and influence the functions and phenotypes of target cells/target tissues. Recent studies have shown that extracellular vesicles from the embryo, endometrium and uterine microenvironment are involved in the process of mammalian embryo implantation, thereby ensuring successful embryo implantation, fetal growth and development by affecting endometrium receptivity and trophoblast cell adhesion. This article mainly discusses the occurrence, biological function and role of extracellular vesicles in the process of mammalian embryo implantation.
