摘要:
双腔吸虫病是由矛形双腔吸虫寄生于牛、羊等反刍动物肝胆管、胆囊内引起的一种寄生虫病。患病动物临床表现为消瘦、四肢迟缓、食欲废绝、腹泻等渐进性衰弱症状,最终因感染加重、衰竭而亡。目前矛形双腔吸虫病尚无长效安全疫苗可用,加之全球性耐药性问题愈烈,严重威胁公共卫生安全,造成巨大的经济损失。对于该病的防控,关键是早期检测及准确诊断、制定合理驱虫方案、定期耐药监测及流行病学调查。本文总结了近三十年来矛形双腔吸虫病的检测技术现状和防治手段,比对分析病原学、血清学、分子生物学等检测方法的优缺点,阐述常见抗矛形双腔吸虫药物的临床不良反应,以期为该病新型微量检测技术的后续研发和综合防控策略的完善提供科学参考。
