摘要: 转录因子阴阳-1(Yin-Yang1,YY1)是一种复杂的蛋白,通过抑制或激活多种基因表达来调控重要的生命活动,如增殖、分化、衰老和凋亡等。YY1除了作为传统转录因子,还通过调控染色质结构,以及相分离机制等来发挥作用。研究发现YY1在生殖系统起到重要的调控作用且与动物繁殖性能密切相关。文章综述了YY1的作用机制及其在动物繁殖调控方面的作用和潜在机制,以期为今后动物繁殖调控的深入研究提供理论依据。
