摘要:
动物病原感染性呼吸系统疾病对畜禽养殖业和宠物医疗构成重大挑战,病原体导致的传染性疾病不仅危害动物健康,也影响人类公共卫生安全。目前,针对这些疾病的新兽药开发面临瓶颈。本文重点归纳总结我国动物病原感染性呼吸疾病兽药的研究进展,针对我国动物病原感染性呼吸系统疾病疾病兽药种类、研发时间、用药规律,以及兽药剂型等特点进行了全面总结,以期归纳我国动物病原感染性呼吸道疾病兽药研发进展。同时本文针对动物呼吸系统兽药中化药和中药类别、剂型、临床应用等特点,分析出我国新兽药的未来研发趋势需要侧重于现有药物的高效应用,重点研究药物剂型优化和多靶点药物的开发,本文旨在为有效防控动物病原感染性呼吸系统疾病提供用药方案,为兽医临床新兽药未来研发的方向提供参考。
