奶牛胎次对乳中CLA含量和△9-去饱和酶指数的影响

The Effect of Parity on Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) Content in Milk Fat and CLA-Desaturase Index from Holstein Dairy Cows

摘要: 选择235头健康的中国北方荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象,为避免日粮和季节的影响,奶牛饲喂同种日粮,采集同一天的乳样,测定奶牛泌乳性能和乳脂肪酸组成,研究胎次对乳中CLA含量和△9去饱和酶指数的影响。研究结果表明:乳中c9,t11 CLA含量平均为5.14 mg/g脂肪酸,变化范围1.5~10.5 mg/g脂肪酸。初产奶牛的c9,t11 CLA平均含量为5.19 mg/g脂肪酸,而经产奶牛的c9,t11 CLA平均含量为5.11 mg/g脂肪酸,但二者间差异不显著(P>0.05),初产与经产奶牛之间的c9 C14∶1去饱和酶指数和c9 C16∶1去饱和酶指数差异显著(P<0.05)。初产奶牛的c9 C18∶1去饱和酶指数和c9,t11 CLA去饱和酶指数与经产奶牛的差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract: The milk samples of two hundred and thirty-five lactating Holstein dairy cows in north China were selected. In order to avoid confounding effects of diet and season, Holstein cows were fed a single diet and milk sampled on the same day. The performance of lactating dairy cows and composition of the fatty acids in milk fat were measured to investigate the effect of parity on conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in milk fat and △9-desaturase indexes from Holstein dairy cows.The results showed that the average content of cis-9, trans-11 CLA was 5.14 mg/g fatty acids in milk fat, and the variation range was 1.5-10.5 mg/g fatty acids. The average content of cis-9, trans-11 CLA of primiparous was 5.19 mg/g fatty acids in milk fat, while it was 5.11 mg/g fatty acids of multiparous, and there's no significant difference between them(P>0.05). There was significant difference between the △9-desaturase index of cis-9 C14∶1 and cis-9 C16∶1 of primiparous and multiparous(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the △9-desaturase index of cis-9 C18∶1 and cis-9, trans-11 CLA of primiparous and multiparous(P>0.05).
