猪产仔性状与雌激素受体基因PvuⅡ多态性效应的Meta分析

Metaanalysis of the Effect of the Estrogen Receptor Gene PvuⅡ olymorphism on Pig Litter Traits

摘要: 旨在进行猪产仔性状与雌激素受体基因PvuⅡ多态性效应之间关联性的Meta分析,本研究通过中国知网、万方、维普和PubMed数据库检索得到的相关文献33篇(9 429头猪)。用Meta分析评估、整合这些研究的结果。基于随机效应模型,发现基因型AB和BB分别对基因型AA比较组中,拥有基因型AA的母猪产仔数均明显偏低。33篇相关文献研究结果之间存在异质性。Meta分析结果指出等位基因B为猪产仔性状的有利等位基因,基因型BB为有利基因型,而造成研究结果之间异质性的原因主要是由于猪的品种效应等众多因素。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to perform the Metaanalysis of the effect of the estrogen receptor gene PvuⅡ polymorphism on pig litter traits. The 33 papers identified from CNKI, WANFANG Data, VIP and PubMed (including 9 429 sows) were analyzed, and a Metaanalysis was performed to assess and combine the data. Under a randomeffects model, litter sizes were significantly lower in the AA genotype group compared with those in the genotype AB and BB groups. Heterogeneity within and between studies was observed. In conclusion, the Metaanalysis demonstrated that the allele B and genotype BB were beneficial for pig litter traits. Heterogeneity between studies was mainly due to the effect of pig breeds and many other factors.
