蜂花粉及其多糖对犊牛体增质量、物质消化与血清指标的影响

Effects of Bee Pollen and Its Polysaccharides on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility and Serum Biochemical Indexes in Calves

摘要: 研究蜂花粉及其多糖对14~70日龄犊牛生长性能、营养物质消化率和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用25头新生荷斯坦犊牛,随机分成5组,每组5头牛,分别是饲喂蜂花粉10 g·d-1(10BP)组、25 g·d-1(25BP)组、50 g·d-1(50BP)组、蜂花粉多糖5 g·d-1(5PS)组和对照(C)组,试验期56 d,用全收粪法在犊牛21~28和42~49 d进行两期消化试验。结果表明:25BP和5PS组犊牛全期平均日增体质量显著高于C组(P<0.05);25BP组F/G改善了12.85%(P<0.05);在犊牛21~28 d时,25BP和5PS组分别提高干物质(DM)表观消化率8.38%和7.66%,显著高于C组和50BP组(P<0.05),25BP组提高粗蛋白(CP)表观消化率18.03%(P<0.05);在血清生化指标中,添加蜂花粉和多糖组犊牛70 d时,血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)有增加趋势,尿素氮(BUN)和总胆固醇(CHO)有降低趋势,甘油三酯(TG)各处理组降低显著(P<0.05)。代乳粉中添加蜂花粉及其多糖可提高犊牛生长性能及对干物质和粗蛋白的表观消化率,改善饲料转化率和降低血清甘油三酯水平,并有提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量的趋势。蜂花粉添加量为25 g·d-1,蜂花粉多糖添加量为5 g·d-1水平时,犊牛生长性能和营养物质消化率有明显的改善。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of bee pollen (BP) and its polysaccharides (PS) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indexes in calves. 25 newborn Holstein calves were randomly allocated to 5 treatments with 5 calves each. A commercial milk replacer were fed to the calves. The five treatments were 0 g·d-1(C), 10 g·d-1 (10BP), 25 g·d-1 (25BP), 50 g·d-1 (50BP) of bee pollen and 5 g·d-1 (5PS) of bee pollen polysaccharides substituted for milk replacer in equal amounts. The experiment started on 14 d after born and lasted for 56 days, using anus fecal method to determine the apparent digestibility of nutrient in two periods (21-28 d, 42-49 d).The results showed that. average daily gain of calves were significantly higher in 25BP and 5PS groups than that in C group(P<0.05). F/G decreased by 12.85% in 25BP group compared with that in C group(P<0.05);Apparent digestibility rate of dry matter in 21-28 d increased by 8.38% and 7.66% in 25BP and 5PS groups respectively compared with that in C group(P<0.05), meanwhile the apparent digestibility of crude protein increased by 18.03% in 25BP group(P<0.05); Serum TP and ALB content of calves fed bee pollen or polysaccharides were slightly increased, and BUN and CHO content were decreased. TG content were significantly decreased in treatment groups compared with that in C group(P<005). Supplement of bee pollen and polysaccharides in calves diet could improve the growth performance of calves, apparent digestibility rate of dry matter and crude protein, slightly increased serum TP and ALB content, reduced feed conversion ratio and serum triglyceride level significantly. Bee pollen additive in 25 g·d-1 and polysaccharides in 5 g·d-1 in milk replacer could get better performance and higher apparent digestibility of calves.
