Abstract: Three pairs of primers were designed according to the sequence of strain enJSRV20. Sequence of goats enJSRV was amplified by PCR technology and these PCR products were cloned into PMD18T vector and then sequenced . The complete genome of goats enJSRV was obtained successfully. Analysis results showed that the sequence of goats enJSRV was 93.4% similarity with enJSRV18 and 88.1% similarity with strain JS7, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis according to pro gene showed that goats enJSRV had higher homology with strain enJSRV5 .It will be useful for the study of constructing infectious clone and elucidation the function of endogenous pulmonary adenomatosis retrovirus.
