摘要: CACNA1S是钙离子通道α1亚单位的编码基因,该基因突变会导致人低钾性周期性麻痹和猪恶性高温综合征。根据人CACNA1S基因3′端非翻译区序列设计引物, 对猪基因组DNA进行PCR扩增、测序, 与人相应序列作同源性比较;然后采用IMpRH panel将CACNA1S基因定位于猪10p11-12

Abstract: CACNA1S gene encodes the α1 subunit of Calcium channel. The mutation of CACNA1S gene can lead to hypokalemic periodic paralysis in human and Malignant hyperthermia in porcine. Primers were designed according to the published human CACNA1S sequences for amplification of porcine CACNA1S gene. PCR products were sequenced and compared with that of human. CACNA1S gene was located at 10p11-12 in porcine by IMpRH panel (INRA-University of Minnesota porcine Radiation Hybrid panel).
