秦川牛及其杂种牛UCP3基因SNPs 检测及其与胴体、肉质性状的相关性

SNPs Detection of UCP3 Gene and Its Relationship with Carcass and Meat Quality Traits in Qinchuan Cattle and Its Hybrid Cattle

摘要: 采用PCRSSCP 技术对秦川牛(QQ)及其杂种牛西秦(XQ) 、安秦(AQ) 、德秦(DQ) 4个群体共计229 头个体UCP3 基因进行SNPs多态性检测,发现了AA、AB、AC、AD 4种基因型。测序结果表明,AA 基因型为纯合型;AB 基因型在第820 位发生C→T突变;AC 基因型在第775位发生G→A突变;AD 基因型在951位发生G→T突变。方差分析结果表明,4 个群体中AA 基因型个体在宰前活体质量、胴体质量、胴体长、眼肌面积、系水力、大理石花纹中显著高于AB、AC、AD 基因型个体(P<0.05);AB 基因型个体的背膘厚显著高于AA、AC、AD 基因型个体(P<0.05)。初步推断,AA 基因型为优势基因型,A 为优势等位基因,对选择有正向效应。

Abstract: PCRSSCP technology was applied to analyze the polymorphisms of UCP3 gene in 229 beef cattle, including Qinchuan cattle, Qinchuan×Simmental cattle, Qinchuan×Red Angus and Qinchuan× German Yellow cattle. Four genotypes (AA, AB,AC,AD) were identified. The sequencing results showed that genotype AA was the homozygote, genotype AB,AC,AD had mutations C→T(820), G→A(775), G→T(951), respectively. Statistical analysis indicated that the individuals with genotype AA in slaughter weight, carcass weight, carcass length, eye muscle area, water holding capacity, marbling were higher than those with genotype AB,AC,AD (P<0.05). The individuals with genotype AB were better than those with AA, AC,AD in backfat thickness( P<0.05). The conclusion was that genotype AA was a predominant genotype and A was a predominant allele.
