不同品种猪肌肉组织心型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因的表达差异

Porcine H-FABP Gene Expression in Different Genotypes and Muscular Tissues

摘要: 用体重约100 kg DLY杂交猪和雅南猪各5头,屠宰取骨骼肌和心肌样品,采用RT-PCR方法研究心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)基因在不同品种猪肌肉组织表达的差异。结果表明:H-FABP基因表达于猪的骨骼肌和心肌中,但是其在2种肌肉组织中的表达量不同,心肌中表达量极显著高于骨骼肌(P<0.01);心肌和骨骼肌HFABP基因的表达量2品种猪差异不显著(P>0.05),但无论是心肌还是骨骼肌雅南猪的表达量都高于DLY杂交猪。

Abstract: Porcine H-FABP gene expression diversity was investigated in cardiac and skeletal muscles of DLY(Duroc×Landrance×Yorkshire) and Ya’nan pigs weighed 100 kg by using RT-PCR.To collect the samples ,five pigs were slaughtered in each genotype. The results indicated that H-FABP gene expressed both in porcine cardiac and skeletal muscles. The expression in cardiac muscle was more active than in skeletal muscle (P<0.01). However, it was identified that H-FABP gene expression in Ya’nan pig was a little higher than in DLY both in cardiac and skeletal muscles(P>0.05).
