羊体内发育与体外培养特定阶段胚胎基因差异表达的研究

Study on the Gene Expression of Different Goat Preimplantation Embryos on Given Specific Stage

摘要: 用单胚构建的mRNA差异显示技术,对来源于体内发育和体外培养获得的山羊早期8~16 C期胚胎的基因表达进行了研究。获得了在体内发育胚胎特异表达的一些片段,并对其中的一个片段进行了分析。研究结果表明,该片段与人核糖体蛋白L31基因具有91%的同源性。该基因编码的蛋白是核糖体的组成成分。核糖体结构的完整影响细胞内蛋白质的合成,同时核糖体蛋白也具有调控基因表达的功能。

Abstract: The goat 8~16C stage embryos obtained from in vivo and in vitro was studied using the way of single preimplantation embryo mRNA differential display. Some specific fragments expressed in vivo embryos was found and one of them was selected for further analysis. The result suggested that this fragment displayed high homology (91%) to human mRNA for ribosomal protein L31. The protein encoded by this gene is one element of ribosomal. The integrated structure of ribosomal is essential for the process of protein synthesis, and the ribosomal proteins have the important functions of regulating the gene expression as well.
