摘要: 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征严重危害着养猪业的健康发展,给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。由于猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)介导的特殊的免疫逃避机制以及抗原性基因的异质性等特征,目前疫苗产品不能提供十分有效的保护。作者就PRRSV结构和非结构蛋白生物学功能的最新研究进展进行归纳总结,以期为PRSSV防控,新型疫苗设计等提供参考。
