Abstract: Nine genotypes of BoLA-DQA*exon2 allele, fifteen genotypes and three haplotypes of BoLA-DRB3* exon2 allele were observed in Chinese Holstein using PCR-SSCP. Correlations between all genotype or haplotype with the mastitis were analyzed in this study. The results showed that susceptible or resistant gene and genotype of mastitis was not observed in Chinese Holstein Cattle, DQA-B/DRB3-C and DQA-G/DRB3-F haplotypes might relate to the susceptibility of mastitis, DQB-F/DRB3-E haplotype may relate to the resistance of mastitis.
