镉致鸡脾脏淋巴细胞DNA损伤的研究

摘要: 应用片段化DNA定量分析法和碱性单细胞凝胶电泳法,检测了10 μmol/L镉对体外不同时间培养的鸡脾脏淋巴细胞DNA损伤的情况,结果表明:10 μmol/L的镉能够明显损伤鸡脾脏淋巴细胞DNA,并且呈现时间效应。提示镉致淋巴细胞DNA损伤是镉对禽类免疫毒性的重要机制之一。

Abstract: Quantative analysis of DNA fragmetation assay and alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis test were used to detect DNA damage of chicken splenic lymphocytes, cultured in vitro, which was induced by cadmium. The results showed that cadmium with the concentration of 10 μmol/L can induce DNA damage of chicken splenic lymphocytes obviously, which showed timedependent model. It demonstrated that DNA damage of lymphocytes induced by cadmium may be one of important mechanisms of avian immunotoxicity on cadmium.
