酵母硒对夏季柴鸡血液生化指标及内分泌机能的影响

Effect of Dietary Se-enriched Yeast on Blood Biochemical Indicator and Endocrine Dysfunction of Chai Hens in Summer

摘要: 旨在探讨夏季柴鸡日粮中添加酵母硒对其血液生化指标及内分泌机能的影响。试验选用30周龄河北柴鸡360只,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,基础日粮含硒(Se)0.08 mg·kg-1,试验组Se的添加水平分别是0、0.15、0.3、0.5、1 mg·kg-1;预试期7 d,试验期为50 d。结果表明:随着酵母硒的添加量的增加,清/球蛋白比差异不显著(P>0.05),但呈上升趋势,饲喂0.3 mg·kg-1硒的柴鸡体内清/球蛋白比最高;血糖呈下降趋势,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05);可不同程度地降低血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性(P<0.05),提高乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性(P<0.05),使T3、T4和血清皮质醇(CORT)活性显著下降(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,柴鸡日粮中添加0.3~0.5 mg·kg-1的硒可以缓解机体热应激反应,提高机体免疫力,同时改善机体物质代谢,进而提高柴鸡的生产性能。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Se-enriched yeast on blood biochemical parameters and endocrine capacity of Chai Hens in summer. 360 thirty week-old Chai laying-hens were randomly divided into five groups, with three replication per group. The control group fed with basal diets containing 0.08 mg·kg-1 Se, the testing group fed with basal diets adding 0.15, 0.3, 05, 1 mg·kg-1 Se, respectively. Preliminary trial period was 7 days and experimental time was 50 days. The results showed as follows: With the increasing of diet selenium content, Feeding diet with 0.3 mg·kg-1 selenium had increased the ratio of albumen and globulin (P>0.05) ; but the blood sugar had decreased(P>0.05); The activity of GPT and CK had decreased (P<0.05), and the activity of LDH and ALP had increased (P<0.05).Feeding diets of Se-yeast had decreased the activity of T3,T4 and CORT(P<0.05). The results suggested that adding 0.3-0.5 mg·kg-1 of Se could lessen the animal body heat stress response, increase the body′s immune system. At the same time, its could improve the metabolism of material and then increase the production performance of Chai Hens.
