VIPR-1基因12个多态位点与鸡早期产蛋性状的相关性

Association of Twelve Polymorphisms of the VIPR-1 Gene with Chicken Early Egg Production Traits

摘要: 以鸡VIPR-1基因作为早期产蛋性状的候选基因,选取了12个多态位点对644只宁都三黄鸡进行基因型检测并分析了其与早期产蛋性状的相关性。研究表明:位于5′调控区的位点A-284G与开产日龄(P<0.000 1)、总畸形蛋数(P<0.05)呈显著相关,等位基因G有利于产蛋量的提高;位于内含子6的位点C+42 913T与300日龄产蛋数和300日龄的总正常蛋数显著相关(P<0.05),CT基因型为优势等位基因型;位于内含子8的位点C+53 327T与开产日龄呈极显著相关(P<0.01),等位基因C有利于开产日龄的提前。

Abstract: In this study,vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor-1 (VIPR-1) gene was used as a candidate gene to analyze the association of 12 polymorphisms sites with early egg production traits in 644 individuals in Ningdu Sanhuang population. Association analyses showed that the A-284G in the 5′ regulatory region was significantly associated with the age of first egg (P<0.000 1) and total number of oafish egg from 90 to 300 d of age (P<0.05). Allele G is positive for number of egg. The C+43 327T in intron 6 was significantly associated with total number of eggs and total number of qualified eggs from 90 to 300 d of age (P <0.05). CT was predominant genotype. Significant association was also found between C+53 327T in intron 8 and the age of first egg (P<0.01). The allele C was positive for less age of first egg.
