人参皂甙Rb1和黄芪多糖对微血管内皮细胞分泌NO、IL-6和TNF-α的影响

Effect of Ginsenoside Rb1 and Astragalus Polysaccharide on the Excretion of NO,IL-6 and TNF-α in Micro-vascular Endothelial Cells

摘要: 取中药提取物人参皂甙Rb1和黄芪多糖作用于体外培养大鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞,用硝酸还原酶法测定一氧化氮(NO)、ELISA法测定白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化,为分析其免疫作用机制提供试验依据。微血管内皮细胞在人参皂甙Rb1和黄芪多糖的作用下,细胞分泌NO、IL-6和TNF-α均增多,并且随着浓度的增加内皮细胞分泌量也增加。

Abstract: Two Chinese herbal medicine extraction, ginsenoside Rb1 and astragalus polysaccharide, were supplemented into in vitro cluture system of rat micro-vascular endothelial cells.NO was detected by reduction of nitrate method and IL-6,TNF-α were detected by ELISA,the changes of those relevant factors provided experimental evidence for analyzing effect of ginsenoside Rb1 and astragalus polysaccharide. The level of NO,IL-6 and TNF-α in micro-vascular endothelial cells were enhanced significantly by ginsenoside Rb1 and astragalus polysaccharide, and showed concentration-dependent trend.
