补气活血对奶牛产后气虚血瘀征血液流变性、SOD/MDA及NO的影响

Effects of “Bu Qi Huo Xue” Therapy on Hemorheology Status, Oxygen Free Radical Metabolism and Nitric Oxide Free Radical Metabolism of “Qi Xu Xue Yu” Syndrome in Postpartum Dairy Cows

摘要: 从血液流变性、氧自由基和一氧化氮自由基变化角度研究补气活血法防治产后气虚血瘀征的作用。试验分为3组:产后健康组18例,气虚血瘀征组9例,气虚血瘀征用药组8例。用药组按0.8 g/kg体重投喂归芪益母散,给药方法为产后1、2、3、5、7 d每日1剂,共计5剂。于产后1、2、4、7、10 d按设计指标采血、化验分析。结果表明喂服归芪益母散可显著降低产后气虚血瘀征奶牛1、2 d全血低切比黏度(P<0.05),显著降低4、7、10 d血浆比黏度(P<0.01或P<0.05);显著降低1、2、7 d血液MDA含量(P<0.01或P<0.05);显著降低1、2、4、7、10 d血液一氧化氮含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。补气活血可显著改善产后气虚血瘀征奶牛的血液流变性、氧自由基和一氧化氮自由基失衡状况。

Abstract: Effects of Bu Qi Huo Xue therapy on the treatment of Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome in postpartum dairy cows were studied from the variation of hemorheology traits,oxygen free radical and nitric oxide free radical. The dairy cows were divided into three groups, 18 healthy postpartum cows, 9 postpartum dairy cows displaying Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome, and 8 postpartum dairy cows displaying Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome treated with herbs. The last group was fed with Gui-Qi-Yimu powder (Powder of chinese angelica, astragalus and motherwort) 5 times, at 0.8 g/kg according to the weight at 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 d postpartum. Blood samples was taken to analyze the designed indexes of dairy cows at 1, 2, 4, 7 and 10 d postpartum.The results demonstrated that Gui-Qi-Yimu powder treatment significantly decreased ηb20s-1P<0.05)at 1 and 2 d, and ηp(P<0.01 or P<0.05)at 4, 7, 10 d; malondialdehyde contents at 1 , 2 and 7 d; as well as nitric oxide contents at 1 to 10 d of postpartum dairy cows with Qi Xu Xue Yu syndromes. Thus Bu Qi Huo Xue therapy can significantly improve the hemorheological status and maladjustment of oxygen free radical and nitric oxide free radical metaboly of postpartum dairy cows displaying Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome.
